Native Australian has designed an easy to use on–line ordering system for you to purchase their natural health supplements from the comfort of your home or office.

Ordering Instructions

  • Browse our easy to use products page
  • Add any item to your shopping cart by clicking on the ‘Add to Cart’ button. If there are multi–packs or different sizes of the product you want to purchase, please ensure that you select the correct one.
  • To change the quantity of an item in your shopping cart, highlight the quantity next to the product you want to change and type in the new quantity. You can remove selected products from your cart by making your quantity ‘0’ and clicking ‘Recalculate’.
  • Click on the ‘Recalculate’ button to re–adjust prices and quantities
  • Select your Country by using the pull down menu and scroll through until you locate your country
  • Enter your postal area code, or zip code
  • Click on ‘Add Delivery’ and it will calculate the cost of delivery
  • Go to Payments – enter your details as required in our secure payments site
  • Click Continue – Select your payment method and complete your payment details
  • Click Submit order and you will be given a confirmation number for your order which will also be emailed to you

Payment methods accepted

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JBC, Pay Pal, money order or EFT.

Please ensure that you quote your order ID (order confirmation number) when paying by money order or EFT.

Postage / Freight

Orders within Australia will be delivered via Express Post. A flat rate of AU$9.00 applies to all orders Australia–wide. Orders from Australia over $50.00 in value, do not incur any postage/freight fees.

International orders will be delivered via Express Post International. Postage costs depend on weight and destination and will be calculated upon check-out. Postage costs can also be estimated on the Australia Post website.

Orders are processed and despatched world–wide within 24 hours from our Sydney warehouse. For Australian deliveries please allow approximately 2 to 3 business days, and extra for remote rural areas. For International deliveries, please allow approximately 7 to 10 business days to major cities.

Receiving Damaged items

If you have received a product which has been damaged or is faulty, please contact our customer support team by email at orders@nativeaustralian.com.au or by fax or phone, with your order details, including your order confirmation number. You will be advised on how to return the goods to us and we will organise a refund or replacement goods will be sent.

100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with our products, contact our customer support team and the products may be returned for a credit (credit card and shipping charges are not included).

Exchanging wrongly ordered items

If you receive an incorrect item (one which you did not order), please contact us via email at orders@nativeaustralian.com.au , fax or phone and we will arrange to have the item exchanged. If the value of the products supplied is less than what was supplied on your order, there will be an additional charge for the difference.

Changing or cancelling orders

If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will attempt to stop the order before despatch, if possible.

Unfortunately you cannot amend orders once the order has been completed. If we are able to stop the order from being despatched we will cancel your existing order and place a new order for you.

Order hasn’t arrived?

If it is a few days after your expected delivery date, then please call our customer support team who will be happy to trace your order.

Exchange Rate Calculations

All prices are in Australian dollars and all payments are to be made in Australian dollars. When making payments via credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and charge you accordingly.

International importing fees/duties

We are unable to calculate import fees and taxes which international orders may incur. If your order incurs any import fees or taxes, this will be paid at your own expense. Prices and postage fees do not include any import fees or taxes.
